Can I exchange my gift?

There is a trial period of 90 days on all products (except giftcards, subscriptions, experiences, books, vouchers, wine, food and Christmas hampers). Within this period, you may return your gift for free without giving reasons and make a new choice. To do this, follow the return procedure mentioned on the packing slip that is included with your order.

Log in with the ordernumber and your logincode. After login, click on 'returns' at the right side. Click on which articles you want to return with mention of reason and press send. After that your return is registered and can be returned to us free of charge. Follow the online instructions.

What should I do if I have received my gift incomplete?

Is your gift delivered incomplete? Please contact us directly through info@serviceengarantie.nl or click here. We will do our very best to after deliver the missing componentas soon as possible.

What is my guarantee certificate

With the delivery of your gift, you will receive a packing slip. The packing slip is also your guarantee certificate. We may ask you to provide it to us when you call on our Service & Warranty. Please keep, in that case, the 'order id' at hand. The 'order id' can be found on the packing slip and on the order confirmation e-mail.

How fast do I get a response from the help desk?

We aim to provide your question with an answer within 1 business day, but no later than 2 working days. Therefore you will always receive within 2 working days a response from us.


What happens with my personal data?

When ordering your gift we may ask for your name and address details to be able to sent the gift to the right address. Your e-mail address and phone number are required to confirm your order or to rectify possible unclarities in the future. We have a registration with the Dutch Data Protection Authority under number 1343958. With this registration we declares that your data will only be used to process your order. This personal data will therefore not be provided to third parties for any other purpose than the delivery of your gift.
